The Lantern collection by LIGHT-POINT, a contemporary take on the classic lamp shape that dates back centuries, has been awarded a Red Dot award for high-quality design in 2019. The work of Danish designer Marie Holsting, the Lantern collection has a rectangular shape and a solid, black lacquered aluminium and glass frame. It comes in wall, floor and portable table versions and has a built-in LED light source. This radiates an interplay of angles and geometric shapes that gives the collection its distinctive graphical and architectural appeal. Furthermore, light enclosed by glass also evokes a feeling of warmth and comfort as was it a peaceful window on a dark night. Lantern Table is delivered including an inbuilt rechargeable Lithium-ion battery as well as a charger. Optimal running time for Lantern Table from full charge is approximately 4-12 hours. As the product has three available light levels, the running time varies accordingly. Four hours is the running time at maximum light level.
