– How Does It Work?

To ensure this, our lighting experts follow a transparent, five-phase process that guarantees professional lighting solutions tailored to meet your and your customers' expectations and requirements. Additionally, we ensure that your project complies with all legal lighting regulations.
1. Launch Phase
Every lighting project begins with a meeting between our lighting consultant and you. Here, we identify the needs and gain insight into the layout and the client's style and wishes. We look at the floor plan and discuss ideas and concepts to define the project and ensure it matches the needs, requirements, style, and budget. This first step is crucial to establish the foundation for professional lighting that meets both your and your customers' expectations.
2. Lighting Design
Based on a detailed review of the floor plan, we create a lighting plan. It includes the placement of the lamps and technical details about the various lamps involved in the lighting project. The plan takes into account the client's needs and wishes, and if necessary, we perform calculations and visualizations to ensure an optimal solution. The finished lighting plan is sent to you by email for your review before the next meeting. This phase ensures that all aspects of professional lighting are carefully planned and tailored to all specifications.
3. Project Presentation
The second meeting with our lighting consultant typically takes place in our showroom. Here, we review the lighting plan in detail and make any necessary adjustments. You also get the opportunity to see the lamps in reality, experience how they emit light, and assess their quality. This meeting ensures that together we can fine-tune the lighting plan, creating the optimal solution that meets both lighting and aesthetic requirements.
4. Ordering and Installation
Once the lighting plan is adjusted and approved, we order the items so they are ready for installation. If you do not have or are not an installer yourself, LIGHT-POINT collaborates with selected electricians experienced in installing professional lighting. We are happy to refer you to our partners to ensure that your lighting project is completed with the highest quality and precision.
5. Project Handover and Quality Review
Once the lighting is installed, our lighting consultant will visit you to review the completed lighting project. We ensure that everything is as expected and that the professional lighting meets our high standards. We take pride in these standards, which is why we offer a seven-year warranty on our LIGHT-POINT products. This way, you and your customers can enjoy professional lighting for many years to come.
