Placing your order

All prices on the website include VAT and all Danish taxes, duties, etc. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or misprints. If you are having your goods shipped to another EU country, you still have to pay Danish VAT, but no customs duties due to the regulations on the free movement of goods.

Purchase agreement

Before you can shop at LIGHT-POINT, you must provide the following information in order to complete your purchase and have the goods shipped to you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address

You are considered to have entered into a purchase agreement when you submitted your order and LIGHT-POINT has received it. LIGHT-POINT will send an invoice to your e-mail address as soon as we have received your order and your goods have been shipped. We do not print out and store your order information as a hard copy, so please remember to save the order confirmation you receive by e-mail.

Payment

We will not charge you for the purchase until the item has been shipped. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • VISA/VISA Dankort

  • MasterCard

  • MobilePay

Security

If you pay using a payment card, you will be asked to enter your card number and card expiration date. You will never be asked to disclose your personal PIN code. As long as you do not disclose your PIN code when you use your card online, no one will be able to abuse your card. Only the amount you accepted at the time of purchase can be charged to the card. There is no deductible payable if your card is abused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. If you shop in a physical store, there is a deductible of DKK 1,200 to pay if your Dankort is abused using the PIN code. At LIGHT-POINT, we transfer your payment data via a secure SSL connection. This means that the information will be sent in encrypted form, so only PBS will be able to read it. Neither we nor others will be able to read your payment data. This means that when you use a payment card at LIGHT-POINT, we do not register or store your card or account information.

Delivery

We ship packages to individuals with GLS. The delivery time is usually 2-3 business days within Denmark and approximately 7 business days within the EU. However, delivery time will vary due to country and country region, and we reserve the right to account for delays.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates apply to standard delivery to parcel shops:

Free shipping in Denmark

Fixed low shipping fee to all EU countries and Norway: 15 EUR

Customers from other countries are referred to local retailers and e-tailers, or our showroom.

Right of cancellation

At LIGHT-POINT, you can always cancel your purchase and return your goods within 14 days. If you make use of your right of cancellation, the item returned must be sent in original packaging in the same condition and quantity as you received it. You thus lose your right of cancellation if you use the item in a manner that will significantly reduce its sale value. If you make use of your right of cancellation, you must cover the shipping charges. You can also make use of your right of cancellation by refusing to accept the item at the time of delivery. If you want to exchange the item, we will exchange it and the new item will be shipped within our usual delivery deadlines. You must cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges, however, we will ship the new item back to you free of charge. Please send returns to the following address:

LIGHT-POINT AS
Gothersgade 14
DK-1123 Copenhagen K
Denmark

For quick processing when you return an item, please provide the order number and the account number into which the money is to be refunded. If you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by bank transfer. Once the item has been returned and we have verified that it meets our conditions for invoking your right of cancellation, the amount will be transferred to the account number you provided.

Please do not send items to be paid on delivery as these will be rejected upon delivery.

Terms and conditions

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is granted on all goods, which gives you as a customer the right to submit a warranty claim if you discover any flaws or defects in the product within 24 months of the purchase date. In LIGHT-POINT we have extended this period to 7 years. However, if the claimed defects were caused by the improper use of the product or other damage-causing behavior, the warranty will be void. You must submit your claim within a reasonable time of having identified the defect. If you submit a claim within 2 months of the purchase date, it will always be considered to be within a reasonable time. When you wish to submit a warranty claim, you must return the item to:

LIGHT-POINT AS
Gothersgade 14
DK-1123 Copenhagen K
Denmark

When you return an item, please provide the order number and the account number into which the money is to be refunded. When we receive a product that is covered by warranty, the item may be repaired or replaced, or you may get your money back or receive a price discount, depending on the specific situation.

Reservation for pricing errors and misprints

We reserve the right to change or cancel orders if the item you order is out of stock, or if we discover misprints, pricing errors, or that the wrong image or graphic has been used. In the event of any of the above, we will contact you about your order. In the event of either of the above errors, the purchase agreement will be cancelled.
